Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: All sessions vary depending on the level of the player, the type of training program and the duration of the session. I divide them into 4 parts (order may vary as well): 1) power and control on the court: I design a plan so that the player focuses on developing his/her power and strength to be in control of his game from the moment he/she steps on the court. 2) drills 3) serves: I focus a lot on serve because it is very important for the player to build confidence on his/her serve. 4) sets: Depending on the level of the player, I like to arrange sets so they are used to pay attention to every point, and work on their concentration and not just hit drills the whole hour. *Warm-up and Stretching: Time is very valuable, and I always tell my players to warm up before the session starts so we jump straight to tennis, but once again, this depends on the schedule of the player, the duration of the session and the training plan. For example, a player that has 1-hour session may lose at least 10-15 minutes warming up, running laps, stretching, etc so by the time he/she is ready to start with tennis we may not have enough time to have a complete session. *Extras: depending on what the player wants, I also help him/her with their off court training (gym) and supervise their meal plan or arrange their traveling and registration to tournaments. In summary, a session is 100% personalized and adjusted to the players' needs. Back in Venezuela I've been coaching since I was 16 years old, with multiples level experience, Beginners intermediate, and advanced player Kid Adult Senior I have TTF certification obtained in Venezuela 1997, I worked in 5 different private clubs, also I was a part of the instructors team for Davis Cup Venezuelan team in 1998 to 2003 As a coach, one of my great goals is to be the first trainer of MARIARYENI GUTIERREZ, ( wtatennis.com/players/player/22109/title/mariaryeni-gutierrez ) I gave her the first step in her Tennis player career, she started training with me when she was only 7 years old and I continued to train until she 11 years old. In my Career as a coach, I work in Los Cortijos Tennis club, with Kids between 4 years old and 15 years old. for Kids the more important is been proactive with the game, make the tennis a recreation time, not a responsibility, for them this period will be the first look of the sport if the feel too much responsibility they will running away and we can lose an I future professional tennis
