Some services include an hourly rate, project based work requires discussing the details with the customer to arrive at a fairly beneficial compensation value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an introductory conversation to understand my customer's needs, I explain how my services will help them achieve their business goals. A natural mentor, I align the delivery of my training services to their learning styles, providing them with the most efficient use of their time during our sessions, as I help them acquire the skills they seek.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience includes the telecommunications (public safety and private sectors), and medical devices industries. As a Software Engineer Professional for almost 30 years, I have managed projects (Agile and Waterfall), performed business analysis, developed applications (desktop and mobile), produced and rolled-out training, coached and built teams, improved processes to increase quality and reduce cycle time. I am certified as an Agile Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, Digital Six Sigma Green Belt and acquired a Harvard certification as a Computer Science instructor in 2015. My professional coaching services include Resume and Cover Letter writing, LinkedIn Profile development, and Coaching.
