Look at what they've done and where they've been and be prepared to get into the deep nitty gritty of your customers, your product/services, and how you make money. We find that most of our clients have little knowledge of what it costs them now to get a customer, how much they would be willing to spend, and what the value of a customer is. It's important to understand that in order to improve your business.
