Introduction: I am an experienced Yoga instructor with multiple instructor certifications and have been teaching Vinyasa consistently for 7 years. The goal of my practice is that the student can create a space of consciousness within themselves through a safe and secure experience. We achieve this consciousness through the movements of our body, our breathing, and meditation while in motion.
When we are consistent in our yoga practice, we understand that it is not only the physical effort that is gratifying but achieving balance internally and enhancing our personal freedom by letting go of things and thoughts that weigh us down. This process, along with breathing exercises and meditation helps us find the best version of ourselves.
My classes are adaptable to the needs of my students and can be enjoyed at all levels of experience. We work on our breathing extensively and we support the learning process with props such as blocks and straps. One of the most important aspects of the experience of my classes is to take my time to allow the student to understand proper alignment and the benefit and impact of each posture on their body.
I love the idea of teaching and giving all I can to my students, but more than teaching, I love the idea of seeing my students growing as a spiritual human beings and understanding what connecting with themselves truly means.

I flew to Miami from Toronto for a birthday celebration. I was looking for a zen moment on the beach with my 3 best friends to start off the busy weekend.
Loreto brought her calm positive energy the moment we met her. She radiated kindness and was so friendly.
Loreto started our session by asking us questions about ourselves to get to know us and to find out about injuries and physical limitations. We started with a relaxing meditation and then we did our yoga flow.
Loreto always made sure we had proper form and made modifications when necessary. She is very knowledgeable and super fit.
I am so happy I found Loreto and would highly recommend her.

True expert. I’m a 60 year old whose stiff as a board and my 55 year old wife could turn herself into a pretzel. Lereto was fantastic. She was able to deliver a session where my wife was challenged but Loreto was able to work with me on modifications on each pose to make it something I could do and gain some stretch and flexibility. Looking forward to our next session!

I kicked off my 50th birthday weekend in the most amazing way. Loretta led the perfect yoga session facing the Atlantic. The warm breeze and bright sun was an added benefit, but it was really her practice and flow that my friends and I enjoyed. she also adjusted for different levels of practice and we all thought the hour flew by.

We had a small group that ranged from first-timers to semi-pros. I get the joy of writing the review, in which each of the attendees expressed how impressed they were by Loreto's style and the overall experience. She catered effectively to each of our skillsets.
She brought a sense of calm and relaxation to our morning, leaving us refreshed and centered. The perfect start to a hectic day for our team.

What an amazing experience Yoga classes with Loreto. She was so great at helping me with postures, helping me with my breathing and explaining what each posture provides.
Really great, calm and flowing class. She finishes off with a wonderful relaxation and meditation session.
Can’t wait to be back next week.
