They quoted an exorbitant price for a basic window repair and pressured me to go with them. When I said no, they lowered their quote in half. Definitely shady and underhanded, but I hired them anyway.
When they came to fix the window the person they sent was a total amateur. Maybe up to the level of an apprentice, but did not have an experienced person with him. He did the glue wrong and it was all over the windows. Then had to come back a few days later to remove it. The window is functional, but not perfect. However, at that point I was not going to ask him to do anything else.

They called me also immediately and we arranged a for them to come out the next day, Sunday. Well, they called me Sunday to say they were short on glass and wasn't sure if they had my size, so we rescheduled for Monday at 10:00 am. They were her t 9:30 and it took them all of 5 minutes to repair my window.
