Debra T. says, "We had asked Williams Cleaning Company to bid on the job of stripping and waxing the floors in our school both last year and this year. Unfortunately, we chose a different company last year due to their proximity to our location. They did a horrible job.
This year, we put the same job out to bid and, after reviewing the proposals of five companies, decided to go with Williams Cleaning Company.
The first great thing about working with this company is the communication. Any questions we had got an immediate response from Chris Williams, whether it was by email or text. Any questions we had about the work they were doing were answered in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
The next great thing about working with this company is their punctuality. We all joke about how difficult it is to get contractors to show up; well, Chris and his crew not only showed up but were usually at the school working on the floors before the sun was up.
But the quality of their work was what has us really beaming. Our floors had taken a beating during this COVID19 year, much worse than in previous years. By the time Chris and his crew were done, they were sparkling again. They even got the edges clean and shiny!
