I came to Sage for private Yoga sessions due to my concern that my inflexibility and inexperience would hamper me greatly in a class. My experience with her was terrific. She was careful to tailor our sessions to my needs, always stretching a little further, but not too much. Sage introduced me to Yoga...I would heartily recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced, capable, and caring instructor.

Leigh Anne was such an amazing instructor! We were a bachelorette party visiting Ft. Lauderdale for just a couple days in January, and Leigh Anne was gracious enough to come over on a Saturday morning to teach us yoga, catering to a wide range of experience levels. She made the experience very special for the bachelorette as well, by taking requests for certain poses, and accommodating for the style of yoga that our bachelorette requested. Leigh Ann brought mats, blocks, straps, and even brought samples of essential oils for us to take home. Overall the experience was enlightening, challenging, refreshing, and relaxing! On top of the class itself, Leigh Ann is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend her for your next yoga lesson :)

Gabby was awesome! He responded to my request and kept in touch. Coming from out of town he made things easy and offered great suggestions when the weather didn’t quite work in our favour (we wanted a yoga session on the beach). I definitely recommend him 🙏🏽💙

OMG! What an amazing individual...faith brought us together and I am forever blessed. Her energy, her motivation, her words of wisdom and kind words not only guided me towards the direction of the yoga world but touched my heart. What a great instructor! Hands down one of the best things that I have done so far was to reach out through this website. I recommend her with my eyes closed. You truly get the full yoga experience with Amy.

We hired Julie to teach a poolside yoga class for a bachelorette party. This was probably my favorite part of the whole weekend! She set the tone for an amazing time celebrating our bride to be. She made the class fun, energetic and challenging for all levels. She even has us each day something we were felt grateful to have our bride to be for in our lives. So special!!! The finishing touch was some essential oil that really helped us sink deeper into savasana and fully relax. Everyone loved it! Thanks for everything Julie!!

Let me start by saying I have no real yoga experience. I was a little nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Meredith helped me learn how to do basic yoga. It wasn't hard and we had a great time. The price was fair. She arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about different yoga positions for pregnancy. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

Elisa came to our house in Miami Beach to do a private yoga session. She was an awesome instructor who really tailored the session to our needs. She was great at helping us with adjustments to help us learn the right poses. She’s coming back on Wednesday for another session!!

Words cannot easily describe the experience I have when I attend a class of Caroline's... likely because she defies an earthly existence. Part of it is her presence, part her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, part what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room, whether they are 18 or 80 years old. I absolutely adore her teaching style! She incorporates the perfect balance of stillness and calmness in her classes, with the intensity of a vinyasa flow yoga class. I always come out of the class feeling so much more opened and renewed, and ready to tackle the day! I've been taking Caroline's classes for over 6 years and at the end of each class I am filled with gratitude for the experience.... EVERY TIME. I can't speak more highly of this lovely woman or be more grateful for her presence and constant gift. I will follow her to where ever she teaches.

    About

    About

Yoga Bio and Style Christina Armenti took her first yoga class in 2009 during college at the University of Central Florida's recreation center. She quickly knew there was something special about it, practicing once a month or so until she moved to Miami in 2012 and found herself in love with the yoga community. Upon moving to Miami Beach, she integrated yoga into her lifestyle on a weekly, and then eventually, daily basis. She found refuge in yoga with her high-demand stressful corporate life and quickly new the healing it provided her from past experiences in life, her herniated disk she once ruptured in 2009, allowing her a sense of inner stability, and was able to learn how to heal herself naturally through the art of yoga for her mind, body, and soul. She made the decision in August 2014 to pursue her 200 hours yoga teacher training as it started with a thought that she naturally embraced. Christina always encompasses positive motivation throughout her classes and favors meditation before and after a class. Her style is vinyasa, incorporating breathing technique coupled with Kundalini Mantras from time to time while ensuring you have received a good sweat, teaching multilevel and having her students feel a sense of inner peace after they leave. You may find Christina anywhere from traditional to new age while incorporating mantras, upbeat tunes, or music that soothes the soul as she enjoys making you feel you are somewhere where you have never been before. She enjoys taking her students beyond their limits and clearing blockages they never knew they had. Christina considers herself a natural-born healer and has a passion for healing people through the art of yoga.
