I have been training with David for 2 weeks and he has been outstanding. My main interest was core training and at this point I am doing close to 500 core/ab reps during each session. He is very professional, knowledgeable and with a great character and attitude is always on time for an early workout. Strongly recommend his services.
My training sessions with Erin are incredible. She asked about my goals and she took it from there. Her training gets me the best full body workouts that are never the same and they're never boring. She is very, very educated in fitness and always gives me great advice. She also showed me how to properly stretch after workouts, which has been a relief for post training pains. I highly recommend Erin. She deserves 10 stars! If you want to get the best out of your sessions, you really need to choose Erin! I am so glad I did and you will too!
I truly can not say enough about Eric! He is knowledgeable in every aspect of fitness as well as diets. My husband and I spent about 2 years training with Eric. Not only does he know his business, he is one of the most pleasant trainers I have ever known!! He kept us going when we wanted to quit!!! He instills so much confidence that made us to work harder. I would recommend Eric to anyone. You will truly miss out if you don't take the time to work out with him and let him guide you!!!!! As an aside, my husband is rather overweight and he resisted at first. After spending time with Eric, he couldn't wait for our next session. He did wonders for us both. I STARTED WITH MR. GRIMM LAST YEAR AND HAD LOWER BACK AND SHOULDER PROBLEMS. HIS STYLE OF STRETCHING AND TRAINING HAS HELPED ME VERY MUCH. NO MORE PINCHED NERVES, MY LOWER BACK HAS NOT HURT SINCE BEFORE I STARTED THE TRAINING WITH MR. GRIMM. MY SHOULDER AND NECK ALSO FEEL GREAT AND HAVE A MUCH BETTER RANGE OF MOTION NOW.
Working with John has been a great experience. He is extremely passionate at what he does and goes above and beyond to make sure I reach my goals. He checks in daily to make sure I am staying on track with my diet and making sure I get my workouts done when I am not training. John makes working out a fun experience while pushing me to reach my goals. I look forward to every work out because he always switches up the routine to make it new and exciting each time. I also enjoy going to his boot camp. I've been a few times and I've done different exercises that I never knew I could do. He plays fun music to get you moving, and makes sure you get an intense workout. I've been working with him for about a month so far, and am already noticing a difference in how my clothes fit and am excited to continue to see results!

I went into Marianne's training thinking I was in great physical condition since I was already working out almost 5 days a week... But she worked on body parts I never paid attention too! I was feeling it in the first 15 mins and it paid off in all my activities in the future! A get trainer and coach! The Best! And she works with all no matter what physical condition you may be in!

Dean is very expierenced in what he does. Always has a great attitude and ready to pump you up when you feel like stopping. He also got me a workout journal which was pretty awesome of him and he really listens to your goals and is always communicating with you to keep you on track he's just absolutely awesome
