- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to several different executive coaches. Ask for client referrals, and call one or two of those referrals. Do they share enthusiastic feedback? Were they completely satisfied? How long did they work together? Interview your coach before engaging him or her to ensure you have good "chemistry". Also, ask to review a copy of their standard Coaching Services Contract for your review. Review their LinkedIn profile, including recommendations from others. Review their Facebook page and Twitter profile, and note the quality of their updates, "tweets" and content.
