Our hot water heater was not leaking water, but all of a sudden we had no hot water. The Handyman, Roberto was real good at asking questions, wife took picture send to him of cell phone. The wires some how came off the fittings and the temperature was pushed beyond the maximum temperature level. Roberto came out to our house within 1 to 2 hours after we left him our phone #, and talked on the cell.
If our dog likes you, then we like you too. Cash. He had to follow me to Publix so I could get cash. Highly recommend Roberto here in Florida. Was Sunday and we both agreed on $100.00 plus parts. You need an honest handyman, he's the one

He was prompt and reasonable. We needed a door removed and a door jam. He had to recreate custom baseboard where it needed to be extended. I would hire him again.
