- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for new customers is starting off with a diagnostic so that we can verify and assess the issues. Then we will update the client as to the issue and costs for repair. Once we get the go-ahead, our turn around time is usually less than 48 hrs, depending on the issue or if we have to order parts. Either way, the problem is always solved and the customer is happy. 99% positive outcome.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we do for our clients is computer repair. Specifically; virus removal, laptop screen repair, website support, and more. We repair Apple, Microsoft, and Android Devices on a regular basis. If you need computer repair services; Naples PC is the place to go. We are Licensed and Insured. We also do network support for residential and business locations, not just in Naples, but also Bonita Springs as well. However, a great portion of our support is provided remotely via the internet.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for computer services in your area and you need someone on-site; The first thing I would ask them is, can you provide licensure and insurance. Most Free Lancers are not able to provide this type of documentation. Secondly, I would ask for some sort of recommendation; either by LinkedIn, Thumbtack, or Angie's List, as well as the Better Business Bureau. However, if you have an internet connection, we may be able to provide remote support and troubleshooting at a much lower cost.
