We were having a number of guests staying with us for Thanksgiving, we were still in the process of moving into a new home in Naples, we felt under pressure and we wanted it all to go well. My husband is British and as 2 of the visitors were also non-American I wanted this Thanksgiving to be a blend of American and British, so I explored a number of catering companies through Thumbtack. I narrowed it down to 2 and selected the first responder Chef Tiffanie LLC after a number of conversations with Tiffanie. What a great decision! She handled our requirements gathering well, asked good questions and took good notes and managed our inevitable changes very positively. On the day of the delivery, Tiffanie was on time, early even, the food was exactly what we ordered, how we ordered it, hot, well presented and delicious – including the Yorkshire pudding! Tiffanie did an excellent job, we would hire her again for any event we have, large or small and she deserves to build a very successful business!!

Chef Kevin cooked for a private dinner party of 6 in our home. His wife helped him and they were in our home for about 5 - 5 1/2 hours. We were very happy with the quality of the food and service they provided! I would definitely recommend Rock Lobster Chefs to anyone!

I love phatplatescatering Company services all you have to do is order the food it's fully cooked and all you have to do is put it in the oven to warm it, comes out fresh and scrumptious.work all week have food delivered pop it in the oven full course meal I love it, way to go phatplates!!!

So when I became ill I was dubious about anyone else other than me or my wife doing the cooking. But we knew we needed someone. Chris made hors d'oeuvres and desserts for my daughter's engagement party and then catered her bridal showered. My daughter had definite ideas on certain styles of cooking she liked and Chris was more than pleased and willing to accommodate. Not only is her food absolutely delicious, she is a pleasure to work with, she will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. The guests raved about her food and her as an individual. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
