FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the amount of work, time, talent, competition, value, and more that is required to get the desired results for our customers. After we have a conversation with a prospective client, we can give a proposal of the pricing for the job or project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the new customer by phone or in person depending on their preference. And we have a conversation about what they want and need for their marketing of their business. From this I do a consultation and study of what they have done for marketing in the past, whether it was successful or not and why...then I make some recommendations that are within their budget of what they want to spend for the work that we do for them. We agree on the services and the cost and we take it from there and do most of the work - with very little work done by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have managed and consulted many businesses during my career - some local, national and international. We have enough staff that are highly trained with years of experience in the latest methods of internet marketing, especially SEO and website design to handle any size or custom task. Their job is to keep up with the latest research and developments in the internet marketing industry and they do a fine job of it to get the results desired by our long list of clients.
