- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We're very fair with pricing. We're new to the SW Florida area and looking for a client base and grow by word of mouth. Being new to the area, we're pricing ourselves into the competition. We like to make people happy and see great results, as you will when we're done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We aim to please. And a happy customer is worth more to us than anything. When you depend on word of mouth, you make sure to leave everyone completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been in the business for years, more of a side business back home up north. But with the overwhelming amount of tile floors in this area we have decided to concentrate on growing a business on just resealing, cleaning and coloring grout.
