I searched for a trainer that would be willing to work with me as I have had 4 broken feet, 5 knee surgeries, and a slipped disk. Anthony was the only trainer who responded. I can honestly say I am blown away by his level of service, his knowledge, his patience, and his approach. He takes care to explain to me, in detail if necessary, what each exercise is conditioning in my body. He is available to me whenever I have questions regarding my dietary needs and goals. I text him with a question, he responds. He is never late, in fact always early. His enthusiasm resonates his genuine care for those he helps. Constantly reminding me "engage your core", or "head up", or "Shoulders back". My posture has improved significantly after the first week alone. He and I have a lot of fun during our workouts which are not limited to the gym. Today we worked out on the beach. I can honestly say he isn't in it for the money. He LOVES what he does! II can go on and on about Anthony but the fact of the matter is I am grateful he was the only trainer to respond to my search. I might have picked another, less engaging "trainer". If you require nutritional knowledge and feed back, a meal plan, a patient and caring and fun trainer who isn't a drill sergeant - Anthony is your guy!Jul 31, 2016Verified
I have just started training with Anthony, but he seems like a good guy who really cares about his clients and their health. His scheduling flexibility seems to be superior, compared to other trainers I have worked with in the past, making things easier on me with my hectic and ever-changing work/school schedule. Being someone who has trained with others in the past and taken an interest in weight lifting, Anthony's program stands out to me, as it seems to hit every aspect of health and fitness. He is very interactive throughout sessions, constantly making sure that you understand what is going on and that you are functioning without any impairments. His knowledge certainly seems superior to other trainers I have come in contact with. Personalized exercise and nutritional programs and strategies. Second step: Training, Warm up, flexibility work, Cardio work, strength work, Cool down and flexibility work. Hard work with results.
