- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have talked on the phone we will set up a face to face meeting which includes a visit to the property. At this meeting I will have information about other properties for rent in the area and an estimate of potential rental income.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in property management over 30 years ago, before there were computers. Yes there was a time when everything was documented on blue cards. During this time I have learned all aspects of property management to include multi family, single family and association management. I worked my way up to a regional manager in multifamily than made the switch to single family after the bubble busted. Since then I have been moving forward obtaining my Brokers License then my own company. I went in business for myself to be able to serve owners there way with no restrictions on my time.
