- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately every job is different; there really is no standard pricing. That's why I come out to give a free estimate, someone that give you an estimate over the phone is not doing their job because there is no way to tell what it is in the wall that you want to hang a TV on. A true professional comes out to assess the situation to give you a fair price.
