Emergency Water Removal was amazing to work with, they came out right away to evaluate the damage to my home from Hurricane Ian. They thoroughly explained the dry out process and the importance of having it done properly to prevent microbial growth under the floor and inside the walls. The entire crew was professional and courteous and helped me work with my insurance company to determine coverage, which was a huge help during a such stressful situation. I was referred by my plumber to these guys ... Rob answered the phone promptly and took all my info stated his first responder Greg would call me to schedule an inspection soon as we hung up ...with in 5 min Greg called . Told him I couldn't meet till the next day he said ok what time ...he showed up right on time long story short even though we had some issues Rob and Greg made them right that's what matters to me only gave 4 stars because no one is perfect and the know that ....I will refer them to my friends or family if they need water cleanup
