Unfortunately, we didn't get to work with Terri on our move-out cleaning service because my alarm didn't go off in the morning. Terri had come all the way but couldn't show us the great job she could have done due to our negligence. We were incredibly sorry, but she handled our mistake with such professionalism and offered to come back for a different price, but it exceeded our budget and thus we had to decline. We'd like to comment on how pleasant Terri was in handling the situation, and even though we couldn't receive her service, her attitude and professionalism itself deserves 5 stars. Thank you Terri.

I hired her for a move-in deep clean and for what she cleaned, she did an excellent job. However, a few things were missed. For the price and work quality, she did a good job overall. I really think it would benefit her to raise her prices for a deep clean.

Very hard worker. Did a fantastic job cleaning our house and worked around the movers loading our stuff so that we could have the house cleaned as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

I charge $25 an hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers call me, I travel to their home, so that I can estimate the amount of time it will take to do the job. I also ask them if there is anything specific that should be done in the set time, or are any special products or equipment that may be needed to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I retired from the Air Force in 2007 and took a job part time cleaning with a great company. In 2012, I decided to work full time cleaning for that same company, cleaning homes, businesses, and condos on the beach. In Jan 2018 I started my own business, Cleaning Done Right!
