- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are per in-home visit. My prices are very competitive with other insured, professional pet sitters. I give free visits for referrals, and also one free visit a year to show my appreciation for all of my clients at Christmas. If you live in my neighborhood, there is a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial meeting with the new client and their pets so that we can all get to know each other. I provide paperwork for the client to fill out that contains all of the information I'd need to properly care for their pets. I keep the info packet filed in between visits so I have all info on hand anytime I'm needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a veterinary technician for 24 years, and have been pet sitting for 20 years. I attended many continuing education seminars for both throughout my career.
