- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was around 8, I've loved creating and experimenting with recipes. I absolutely love baking or cooking for others and hope to get as much experience as possible to better my business and dream of opening a restaurant one day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly bake and cater to different events such as fundraisers, school functions, parties, and weddings. I have experience working with an event planner and doing the food aspect of it. Although baking is my go to, I began to cater four course meals to a law group in my area for monthly luncheons and I am very much enjoying the experience. I am trying to grow my business and develop better skill along the way, while finishing up my senior year in high school.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of recent opportunities as I am able to cater for Dvornik Law Group in Clearwater, FL. Each month, I prepare a four course meal with a theme such as Greek, Italian, French, etc. It has been a blessing to expand my business of not just baking, but also cooking.
