They are a bunch of ripoffs! They quoted me $400 to redesign my existing godaddy site they passed off a $15 template completely uncustomized no colors changed or anything, just as they bought it and never showed me a preview of what they did to the template and didn't do anything else. I asked for complete analysis with developer Nathan to understand any complications before starting and after review the back end of the site, he assured me that there were no complications and not to worry. Stay away from these crooks! I have every email documented to prove this feedback. I prepaid $200 and now lost my money and nothing to show for it. Thumbtack please follow up on this complaint and bar them from ripping off other small businesses. I have contacted pay pal for investigation and asked for a refund.
