  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Service calls (same day repair/ installation) $125/1st hr, $95/hr thereafter + cost of materials required. Large or complex jobs, estimate will be given after 2-3 days, job scheduled, deposit made, $95/hr billable hrs + cost of materials + permit fees if applicable.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we would coordinate a good time to review the job at the location of work to be performed and depending on size/ complexity, we would be able to make repairs necessary same day, or give an estimate within 2-3 days to schedule for future installation/ repairs to be performed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    10+ years Union I.B.E.W. “A” Journeyman experience in combination residential/ commercial/ industrial settings. AAS in Labor Studies @ Empire State College.
