Weekly Menu Program (Dropped off at a designated location) Catering any event (I am also a Notary Public & do Marriage Ceremonies as well)
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I catered a wedding for meat lovers & vegetarians that were specific in what the wanted & what they did not like. I created a menu based on requests & their peanut allergies in the family. I did a mock up of the menu for them to taste my offerings....to their delight, they were shocked that I could create menu options around the peanut allergies in the family. I also through in some things that paired beautifully with what they requested & added them to the menu. It was a beautiful day, laughs, cheer & chatter were plentiful & I married them being that I am a Notary Public....WIN WIN!
