My experience with Anthony of Dr House was a exceptional. He was friendly professional and prompt to respond with an estimate for the following jobs: Pressure washing and painting the exterior of my home and wood deck. Removing rotting wood from exterior deck Properly secure joists to beams, fasten decking Install fascia boards to keep dogs from going underneath decking Remove nails from the good portions and stack for future use Install trellis Apply caulking for two new windows, fasten, check for open and close functions Remove overspray of spray foam insulation from kitchen ceiling joist and wall studs His price was fair and work was completed faster than expected. I would definitely hire Anthony again.

Anthony is someone who is very detail oriented when it comes to his work. After Hurricane Wilma my husband and I hired Anthony to install a closet that I designed with all the bells and whistles. Anthony built it to last and was very efficient about it, he estimated how long it would take and he was right on the money and affordable too. I'm so glad he moved up North in Florida, cause my husband and I have a new old house, which needs more closet space!

I hired Anthony Cespedes to do some work for me in my home. The following was completed: Installation of ceiling fan, master bedroom and living room, with remote control and light kit. Installation of master bath vanity. Installation of mailbox. All work exceeded my expectations. Anthony is a professional who completes the work on time!! I found him to be honest, professional, neat and organized. I will definitely use his services again and he comes highly recommended!!

Dr. House, LLC. recently completed an exterior renovation of our home, including: Power Wash exterior of home, Driveway, sidewalk, and back porch, Remove and replace rotten T1-11 Siding; Remove, replace and calk cedar window framing; and apply premium exterior paint to our 2,700 SF home. Anthony Cespedes completed all tasks on time and within budget. We particularly appreciate that he carefully assessed our needs and listened to our suggestions. He also followed through with an inspection by the paint manufacturer -- extra assurance that the job was done properly and the factory warrantee will apply. Our home now looks like new.
