Found Ken on here. He responded very promptly. I needed him to stop by to fix a few broken tiles for me in our hallway before we put our home up for sale. Ken was quick to respond but when I hired him he ended up not doing our work- he committed to doing things, none of which he did and with the communication he did reply to, he only partially replied to. It didn't take long to start looking for someone else to complete the job.
