We've used Inspection Specialists on various occasions, not only our business building inspection, but our residences as well. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, & prompt! Further more their rates were very competitive & fair. Chuck from inspection specialists was very much attention to detail, provided us a full report with pictures. I won't bother calling anyone else! Inspection specialists has all of the qualifications, latest gadgets, & keep up with their training. Others we've used don't come close. We also utilized their latest technology: Thermal inspection., in which they found many of issues not visible to the naked eye. I would highly recommend Inspection Specialists!!
