Whole staff was friendly and helpful. My roller shade failed and they came to repair the next day. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Will use them again.

Initial quote (via phone) = $1600, 2nd quote (after on-site measurements were taken) = $2,000, 3rd quote (on the day they came to do the installation), they said they took the measurements wrong and it would be an extra $250. It felt like a bait-and-switch... I pulled the plug on the whole thing.
I'm giving them a 2 rating instead of 1 rating because:
1. they were prompt about refunding my deposit
2. I appreciated them texting throughout the process
Overall, a big waste of time.
