We bought a house with original 1962 windows. We wanted to make sure that they were in all good working order so we asked for Sebastian to come out and prepare a list of items that needed to be repaired. He was honest about the fact that they were all in really great shape, and also fixed one window that was jammed while doing the inspection for no charge. He was quick to respond and has very good communication. We didn’t end up needing him to service our windows since they were in good shape, but if I ever had an issue come up, he would be the first person I would call. I would recommend him to friends and family.
