Yury did an excellent job .I bought the house and needed someone to renovate it:change tile,paint interior and exterior,change exterior ,interior and closet doors,install backsplash.Yury gave me reasonable quote and that’s why I decided to use his company.He was working with 2 helpers and they did everything exactly how I expected even more.They were always on time and they finished the project exactly when they promised.Everything looked perfect.I highly recommend his company.

FIRST JOB WENT OKAY: I talked to Yury last week and he said he would come by today. He called before he came and showed up shortly afterwards. I showed him what I needed done and he said he could do it right away. I was thrilled with the estimates and timing. The toilet in the primary bathroom was an eyesore and you had to flush many times for everything to go down. I think Yury was as excited as I was to install a new one. He also removed some heavy-handed grout the previous owners had left and regrouted the shower and bathroom floor. He also cut and adjusted the bathroom door as it was scraping the floor. I had to order new sliding shower doors which I hope he will put in next week when they're delivered. There was also a crooked, loud patio door that was driving me crazy, but he fixed it, so it now closes slowly without slamming by replacing the spring and the door latch. Love it! UPDATE: I don't know what happened since the first visit when I was so satisfied, but after that, he started showing up REALLY late, I mean hours, on subsequent visits, then told excuses and lies for it like he was on his way earlier but I wasn't there or that he was at Home Depot or that his kid got up late. Regarding shower door installation, I had a similar experience to another person on here. The installation looked okay but when I reminded him to put on the shower handle/knobs, the doors wouldn't open because they rub in between the doors. He couldn't figure out a solution so blamed it on the manufacturer sending the wrong pieces. He didn't even try to figure it out. I went to Home Depot and asked, and they thought the problem was the installer. I'm also not sure the job he did replacing the tile that broke in the shower when he took out the old shower doors was the best idea. It has a totally different pattern. In another bathroom, he demolished the old tile in and left the debris there, acting like I was supposed to clean it up. I guess I will because he will not be finishing the job. In general, he was abrasive, argumentative and doesn't take responsibility for anything. What I do like is that he is fair, has reasonable rates and does eventually show up but that's not good enough.
