I started Gym with Jim at the beginning of 2012 after not losing enough at a local weight loss center. I wanted to look and feel better and stay flexible as middle age set in. He revamped my diet to suit my likes and dislikes and the way I lived, but i wouldn't always behave. I didn't feel like sticking to it or working out and he was great about everything. He wouldn't let me give up. He was patient and encouraging. I mean that's the best thing about the guy. You really have someone on your side who is kind and wants the best for you and will creatively figure out how to get there. It's not 'tough love' you want to run away from. It's a way of life with workouts that are challenging yet fun. The time flies by. I hope he never stops being a trainer. My results were slow, but sure. He reshaped my body so I feel okay about my next beach vacation. I still want to lose a few more pounds. I've not been rushing it even though I know he could achieve that through a more aggressive workout plan, but I'm sick of "campaigns". I want to arrive at my goal with a stable diet/exercise routine, eating what I like, drinking wine, and no more yo-yo-ing. Jimmy got me to this place after two years and made my life better. He's a positive, uplifting guy with a good sense of humor who's always professional. He has a gentle approach, never making you feel bad about yourself. I'm spoiled at this point so I don't know how I'd ever replace him. In fact, one of my sons started doing workouts with him a few months ago because he wasn't getting enough physical activity at school/sports and was looking unhealthy like he was carrying extra weight around. He is now much improved and happier so I'm happier. Thank you!
I've been training with Verena for about 3 month now and I'm very happy. She is very pleasant and attentive to my needs. Workouts are different every time and they go by fast. I get a good workout that doesn't repeat itself.
Don is crazy about fitness! He is the most invested, creative and dedicated trainer I know! I work in the entertainment industry where being fit and finding balance is crucial. I have had issues with my psoas, hamstrings ,glutes and piriformis for at least 10 years....it wasn't until I started therapy with Al that I truly started to feel pain free....unless I do something to aggravate it again....I am eternally grateful to be able to have a therapist that understand my injuries and how to alleviate the issues......thanks a bunch Al!
Jen is both a dear friend and an excellent trainer. She is inspiring beyond words and pushes you in a way you've never been pushed. As an avid exerciser and former college athlete, I consider myself in great shape and able to handle any workout. Jen has taken workouts to a whole new level and seriously impressed me with how challenging and intense they are!

Billy is an amazing trainer. He comes up with such innovate and different workouts each time we train. I would highly recommend having him as a personal trainer.
I have ben with Andres for roughly two years now doing personal training. His training has challenged me in all areas and has produced amazing results for me and my body. Training has ranged from boxing to Olympic lifting to regular plyometric and drills. He has always pushed me to do more and because of that I am finally satisfied with my body image and physical capabilities. I wouldn't ask for another trainer - he poses both professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone.
