Signing on with Paul was one of the best things I have ever done! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Setting up a day and time to meet at the gym. Go over their goals and talk about their health history and their current physical fitness activity and nutrition. Come up with a game plan to achieve their goals including number of training days per week with a specific time slot and a training strategy that will work best to achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started taking weight training classes in high school and have been involved with working out and fitness ever since.
