I joined Sally Says in her Pilates Class and her One on One Class. Sally is more than a coach. Her knowledge is over the top. She applies her knowledge of mind and body with gentleness yet gets you to push yourself without you knowing it.. she is a trixey that way! In 3 sessions(1 hour/week) my core strength improved so drastically, I could physically see a difference!! Very odd I think for such a small amount of movement! Anyone considering taking any of her instructions would be enormously impressed.
