I spent time searching for a tile/grout cleaner. My grout had not been cleaned in years. It was a lot brighter near the walls than it was in the middle. It was embarrassingly dirty. When Precision Tile came out, they cleaned it better than I could do if I took my time and scrubbed the gout. I had one spot where I tried a gout "restorer" . It was nothing more than a color to cover the dirt. That took a little longer to remover since it was adhered to the grout. I would advise not using that. I am glad it is now clean. The tile is brighter too! Very professional. A++
