I was lucky enough to be a guest at the home of a friend that hired Norma to be our private chef for the evening. I already knew Norma but had not yet experienced her amazing culinary talents! She served a party of 10, a delectable six course dinner, that was to die for!! Everyone raved over her selections, that paired well with the wine that was chosen for that evening. Norma cooked for me for 6 months or longer while she was watching my dog when I was traveling. She is an excellent cook and I would use her again without hesitation. She was very flexible with my menus and I never had any issues.Jun 8, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge per hour plus the cost of food. I have a flat rate for my travel, shopping and prep time and a different per hour rate for my being onsite. If I am bringing additional help, I charge you a hourly rate for their time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial e-mail exchange or telephone conversation to understand their goal and vision. Sometimes all contact is done remotely prior to the event, but I also enjoy meeting at the persons home or where the event will take place if time allows.
