"My home inspection was done by inspector Steven Lobdell., a prompt, curtious and thorough young man. Talk about a total house inspection , he found things and areas I didn't even know existed, and I'm the owner!!..Took time to address all our questions and concerns with thorough explanations and went over all findings and areas of concern when inspection was finished. He also did our Wind Mitigation Inspection. In less than 24 hrs. we had a completed Total Home Inspection Report, including pictures marking all areas of concern (so you know exactly where to look for when repairing, saving us the time, love that part.) And we also had our Wind Mitigation Report ready to print for our insurance co. I,am reccomending Steve to all my family and friends and definitely would contact him again as needed."
