- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our Thumbtack Customers we offer a very special package from our normal pricing. Because of the deep discount given, the offer is a limited one with an expiration date. Once the offer expires, all requests are directed to our standard rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client is first. Assuming they are looking for a photographer to capture images for themselves or for their event, it's important to get to know each of our clients because every one is unique. What's important for one person may not be for another. For our commercial clients, understanding their brand and stylistic voice is what we hone in on to make sure we deliver a product that fits perfectly. After we delve into what is important to them, we give our best recommendations and often offer solutions dependent upon their request. For our brides, we help customize a realistic timeline that allows for everything she wants to be captured on her wedding day. Often times, helping our brides plan ahead and run through a prepared timeline ultimately sets up for a stress free and rush free wedding experience. During this process we also discover what can be unrealistic within time constraints and work through those obstacles with solutions we can both be happy with!
