I was throwing a Bowties & Cardigans 30th Birthday party for my husband and Bless My Soul Food Catering & More truly made the experience a night to remember. It was a grown folk house party with music/games/etc. so we didn't want anything too formal like a sit down dinner party. I told Chef Nae some of my husbands favorites & the theme and she blew our minds. He loves lasagna but that's not a dish for this type of party. She made a Lasagna Bake with bowtie noodles and several other elegant appetizer-style foods. She also made his favorite, her famous, Red Velvet Cheesecake. The layout was elegant with the 2-tier Red Velvet Cheesecake in the middle. I highly recommend Bless My Soul Food Catering & More for ALL of your dining and catering needs. I also use her personal chef services as I'm a super busy entrpreneur, wife, mom, etc. My family loves EVERY meal. YOU SHOULD BOOK BLESS MY SOUL FOOD CATERING & MORE TODAY!

Spoiled for life. Food was great and on time, service was fantastic, clean up was THE BEST! My guests were very impressed and all wanted to know who the caterers were. Best part of the evening...I showed the staff where my tupperware was located, and at the end of the night, any leftover food was "tupperwared" up, and put away in my refrigerator. Will definitely engage Phillip and his team again for future events!

I have had the pleasure of using Mama's Fixins as the caterer for a community Thanksgiving feeding (500 meals) at my church Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Oviedo, Pastor Charles Jones. Their food quality, presentation, quantities and service is exceptional. I have also visited their food truck and attended other events they have catered. They have remarkable consistency with their food and service. Kim and Ken are Godly and competent professionals who take a personal and vested interest in the success of every event and customer engagement, whether a single meal or a large catered event.

Janelle and her crew provided empanadas for our wedding--both the service and the food were fantastic! Our guests loved having a food truck for our late night bites and everything was beyond tasty as it we as cooked on site (unlike some late night catering options that would have been delivered). Janelle was an absolute pleasure to work with and was thoughtful and communicative throughout our planning process. La Empanada will continue to be one of my very favorite food trucks and I highly recommend Janelle and her crew's services for any event!

We hired Marquise Catering to make crepes for a Bridal Shower - it was the best decision we made! The team was so unbelievably professional and fun, and a HUGE hit with all of our guests. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the food and the service was. We have already recommended them to family and friends and will definitely look to them in the future!
