I'm pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, guidance and willingness to come for an evening estimate. Work hasn't been completed yet because I have to have another trade come out first but I feel confident in this company.

Guy has put good investment on all the equipment which led to a very accurate diagnose and streamlined the rest of the process. The service is worth the cost and based on contract. Guy will not leave unless the project is thoroughly inspected and completed, although I pushed him to remove the equipments as they are a bit noisy. I will recommend Shipman for your peace of mind.
