Molly is by far the best personal trainer I have had. She has helped me changed my eating habits & my mentality at the gym. I have been able to fit into my jeans again and overall feel so much better.

Molly and I started our routine about 30 days ago and I have already lost 5 pounds and built significant muscle/definition. I feel great about my body. She’s not only a personal trainer, she reinforces my workout with nutritional recommendations and life coaching skills. She has the kindest approach and is so personable (even in the early mornings, lol). A+++ experience and counting!

Molly is very knowledgeable with personal training and nutrition! I did one on one in person training which really helped me with my form and gradual progression with increase in weights. She also has customized an online plan for me which she bases the plan based off your personal goals and gym equipment rather than other online programs that are not customized and not beneficial for all. Overall, she is a very knowledgeable trainer and really listens to your goals, concerns, etc. highly highly recommended!

Molly is not only an amazingly talented trainer, she goes the extra mile to develop a plan that’s specific to your needs. She listens to her clients, observes their capabilities and centers everything around quality results. I’ve worked with numerous trainers over the years and Molly is the ONLY person who truly listens and makes everyone feel inspired and comfortable! She truly cares and is so committed, I’ve never had the pleasure of working with someone so dedicated and caring. Hiring her has not only changed me physically, it has been a total life transformation and the best decision I’ve ever made!!

I have been training with Molly for about a year now and I am loving the results!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I understand that my pricing may not fit everyones budget but I will do my best to work with each individual to adjust my services that still help them obtain their goal that is within their budget. I do not offer discounts or package discounts. My price is based off of my background knowledge, certifications and my constant continued education to make sure I am always up to date and can always provide the best to each and every one of my clients.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    During the first meeting I like to sit down and get to know each other as well as ask a few questions that will help me with designing your workout program. I also will perform a movement assessment so it is best to come prepared in workout clothes. When we have established that we are a good fit and have figured out what services are needed, we will schedule our sessions that work best for both of our schedules.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I obtained my bachelors from the University of Maryland. I became a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and acquired my certification in nutrition through Precision Nutrition.
