We requested an estimate for several small projects around the house ranging from electric work to a small carpentry job. Mr. Conte came himself and provided a timely estimate. We were able to come to a mututally agreeable price and the work was scheduled within a week. Eric, who performed the work, was a nice guy and did a very professional job which we reviewed together at the conclusion of the afternoon. Mr. Conte was easily accessible and was in constant communication with me which I appreciated very much. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We base everything on time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We need to get to know the customer and find out what they truly want. Sometimes it's an easy process but other times we need to observe their surroundings and help guide them as to what they may like through suggestions based on what we see and hear from them. It's usually worth the time in the end because they are satisfied and we earned a lifelong client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 30 years of experience in the property maintenance field. From the simple repair to the more complex installs we have probably done it. In the cleaning field we were certified by IEHA and have worked and trained in the healthcare setting. This gives us a perspective of true clean and not only appearing clean. We have a good working knowledge of infection control, we use eco friendly products but also can use germicides when needed. We specialize in commercial offices but have dozens of residential clients who like our style.
