I contacted On Time through the Thumbtack app. It was my first time using this app and was hesitant at first but it has been difficult to find people to help me complete my honey do list.
On Time contacted me and requested a description and photos of the installation I needed done. They gave me a quote based on that without having to make an appointment and charging me a trip charge which was nice.
Andrew was the installer. Very courteous and professional. The installation was a not a straight forward type but he listened to my needs, then assessed the situation and explained to me an alternative which we were both happy with. He worked quickly and cleanly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I needed a gas dryer installed, after searching and getting bull from other companies. I reached out and they replied fast and came out the next day to install. Work was done fast and very quickly with no issues and very affordable. The installer was very polite . Thank you guys so much for your time very appreciated.

Best Buy would only deliver our washer, dryer and fridge - no installation. On Time got back to me on a Saturday night and by Monday afternoon, everything was installed! Their team is professional, polite and punctual. They even gave me a little tutorial. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

They did a great job from responding quickly, confirming a time the day before, and arriving at the beginning of the 2 hour time frame provided! He was able to install my Dishwasher with no issues and was able to haul away my old one. I am very pleased with the service and price. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Removed old dishwasher and installed new one for a great price compared to others. When missing a piece the installer ran out to get a new one. Later when dishwasher didn’t drain another tech fixed a problem with the garbage disposal without charging to come out again.
