Contacted Gerardo’s for my mom’s fridge. I received a response right away and appointment was scheduled for next day. Manuel came out and was honest and told my mom it could be one of two things wrong. He recommended replacing a sensor that was most likely the cause of the refrigerator freezing up and then not cooling. He did mention that there was a possibility that it may be another part that needed replaying that was no longer sold. My mom accepted changing the sensor and it was able to be done the same day for fair price. He also consulted on a dishwasher issue while he was there. Fridge is working now which saved day the day because due to the pandemic Lowe’s and Home Depot were both experiencing delays on new appliances. My mom is very pleased!!

I was having draining issue with my washer and Gerardo's associate came and fixed it. Turned out the motor pump was malfunctioning. He ordered the part and came the next day to install. It was quick and was very professional.
