- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- You will be set up an appointment at your earliest convenience. - You will receive a call as the technician is in route to your home. On average 30min in advance. - Once at the home, your appliance will be diagnosed, if part needed is on the techs truck, we will request your approval of cost, and make needed repairs if authorized. - in the case that we will need to order parts, as soon as parts arrive, we will contact you to set up a 2nd appointment to complete repairs at your earliest convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical skills training including electrical diagnosing, and wiring diagram/schematic understanding from local vocational schools in the area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have always liked taking things apart and seeing what makes them work, and being able to put it back together in better condition then i found it.
