- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for architectural services vary based on the complexity of the project. We typically quote a fixed fee to complete a design. Regardless of which architect you choose, do not select solely on price. Sometimes we are the lowest cost, many times we are not. However, we provide a superior service with highly detailed drawings and intelligent designs that will save you FAR MORE on your construction cost than the relative cost of a higher fee.
