- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a price menu to help with ideas and price ranges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Consult: We'll start with the details of the event. Once a design is made for the details discussed an estimate will be sent. 2) Design: A final breakdown of your design will be sent. Once accepted we will send an invoice for 50% of the total to get you on the schedule. 3)Once the design and deposit have been accepted, we get to work! The week before your pickup or delivery, a final invoice will be sent. Once final payment is received, we show up, install, and do what we do best!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the 90's lol! I assisted my mom (who was a prominent wedding planner in Orlando) with Balloon decor, we grew so much and had so much fun that we were installing for Disney and conventions. My mom retired and I had a career in Real Estate for 10+years, now I'm back and having more fun than ever! and this time it's me and my daughter ❤
