- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a people pleaser. there is nothing I don't try to get done to go above and beyond expectations which is the reason for all of my five star reviews minus the two bad reviews of the people who actually did not hire me and got angry because somebody else pooped in and took the event. my advice to everyone if you see something you like higher than quickly top Pros do not last!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make a quick contact with the person I understand everybody is busy so they can't do a lot of back and forth then I leave it up to them to leave me their email I send a simple one-page contract invoice we lock it in with the deposit and the week of their event they can give me any and all information regarding playlists and special songs Etc I love what I do and it shows :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my education is a Bachelor of Arts in English and a dual major in art with a graphic design emphasis I feel like just being in the Arts keeps me creative also a general education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater surely does not help when it comes to being attentive punctual professional and reliable.
