- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically invite new clients to visit our showroom. There we carry out an initial design meeting in which we show cabinet options and begin exchanging ideas for our design. We then take those ideas and begin to work on the design. Once the design is completed we share renderings with our clients to make sure everything is up to par. From then on the quoting process begins. On-site visits at the clients home may also be scheduled after the initial design meeting to clarify measurements.
