MARSHA WAS EXCELLENT! SHE EVEN DID ALOT OF EXTRAS FOR THE FAMILY. GREAT EXPERIENCE! WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.Sep 7, 2017Verified
Great experience with Martha. She communicated well through email for the reservation, showed up early to set up, was kind to all the guests (even the extra hyper ones who didn't want to sit the whole time) and did really fun drawings for the kids to take home! I would recommend her for a fun unique entertainment while celebrating at your event.Aug 17, 2017Verified
Terrific job; she was the highlight of the party! She stayed late to make sure everyone was taken care of.Aug 2, 2017Verified
Marsha was a wonderful addition to our wedding! Our friends and family members continue to talk about their fantastic wedding gift created by Marsha! Not only did she draw those who attended but she was able to draw additional caricatures from pictures for a few guests near and dear to our hearts who were unable to attend. One thing I was specifically impressed with was the personalization she put into her caricatures which she did by asking a little bit about the person or couple she was drawing. Marsha will make any event fabulous!Jan 18, 2017Verified
Marsha worked for the entire event with no breaks. She even stayed past the time of the event to take some additional people. Everyone couldn't believe the quality of her work. Her work really was a big highlight of the party. She also had to travel 2 hours to get to my location and was early and ready to go when the party started.Nov 21, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My usual rate is $200 for two hours flat, $75 each additional hour. $100 an hour during December. These rates can vary depending upon the distance of the event, the budget of the client and the time of year. All things are negotiable!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've drawn all my life. Practically right out of high school I saw ads in the paper needing caricature artists at Disney World and Stars Hall of Fame--an attraction that's no longer around. After drawing caricatures a few years, I eventually began drawing them for parties and events and have been doing so ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've drawn caricatures for practically every type of event--corporate parties, corporate picnics, promotionals, trade shows, block parties, birthdays, weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. My favorite are Christmas parties. It's my busiest time of the year, and everyone is in such a good mood!
