Russell was awesome! I was in a bind because I had hired a company to clean my carpet and had an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and the gentleman never showed up. Within minutes I had submitted a Thumbtack request and received a quote from Carpet Clinic of Orlando within 10-15 minutes! I called Russell, explained my situation and he asked me what the other company was charging and nearly matched it and was able to get out to my condo to clean my carpet the same afternoon! Wow! They did an awesome job cleaning my son's college apartment, including steam cleaning the carpets. The bathrooms are spotless! Russell was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated his timely communication. Will hire them again.
